About
Catherine Roring, PhD is a Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and Certified PCIT Global Trainer. Dr. Roring received her Bachelor's Degree in psychology from Texas A&M and her Masters and PhD in School Psychology from Oklahoma State University.Â
Dr. Roring completed her APA approved pre-doctoral internship at Dallas Independent School District where she specialized in behavioral consultation, and her post-doctoral licensure hours at Norman Counseling Clinic.Â
Dr. Roring is currently a tenured professor at East Central University (ECU) where she is the Director for the School Psychology Program. Dr. Roring teaches numerous courses at ECU, including Ethics in Psychology, Behavioral Intervention, and Clinical Decision Making and the DSM. She is the co-owner of Texoma Psychology Group where she provides PCIT services as well as psychological evaluations.
